Welcome to your retreat in the heart of downtown Springfield! This freshly renovated 3-bed, 2-bath loft brings comfort to city life. Step inside and be greeted by the signature disco ball that casts dancing lights throughout the open space. The ping pong table offers endless entertainment. Everything you need is within walking distance— local restaurants, comedy clubs, green space in the city square, live theater, movie venues, or coffee shops. After dark, live music venues are all around.
Let’s keep the good vibes going for all our guests:
• No smoking (inside or near doors/windows) 🚭
• No parties or events — we love a good time, just not a full-on disco bash
• Tidy up before checkout (we’ll handle the deep clean)
• Front door entry only — fire exits are for emergencies only 🚪🔥
• No rooftop adventures — the views aren’t worth the risk 🙅♂️🏙️
We love furry friends, but The Disco Loft is a pet-free zone. 🐾
Our space is lovingly kept for those with allergies and sensitivities. Thanks for understanding — and please don’t bring pets, even the disco-loving kind.
Your safety is priority number one (after style, of course):
• Emergency Exit – Use the back door/fire exit ONLY in case of emergency.
• Fire – Call 911 immediately and exit via the fire door.
• Medical Emergency – Dial 911. Our location: 317 E Walnut St, Springfield, MO.
• Lockout – If you misplace your key or get locked out, contact Dana at 417-848-3450.
• Lost Key Fee – $40 replacement fee per key. Please return all keys before checking out.

Check-in time: After 3:00 PM
Entry: Use the front door off Walnut Street. No back door access unless it’s an emergency.
Getting In:
• Find the MasterLock box on the entry door
• Enter your code and slide the black lever down
• Use the key inside to enter
• Inside, you’ll find additional keys waiting for you
🎯 Tip: Put the lockbox key back right away so you don’t get locked out!
Lost Key Fee: $40 per missing key — please return all 3 before check-out.
Check-out time: By 10:00 AM
We’ll be getting the loft guest-ready for the next fabulous traveler.
Before you go:
• Leave all 3 keys on the kitchen counter
• Toss used towels in the bathroom
• Take any trash to the bin (no need to deep clean — we’ve got that covered)
• Send us a quick text if you’re leaving early — we love the heads-up!
